Allah (swt) says in the Qur’aan:
“It is he (Allah) who has sent his Messenger (saw) with guidance and the religion of truth, in order for it to be dominant over all other religions, even though the Mushrikoon (disbelievers) hate it.” (EMQ at-Tawbah, 9: 33)
And the messenger Muhammad (saw) said:
“Verily Allah has shown me the eastern and western part of the earth, and I saw the authority of my Ummah (nation) dominate all that I saw.” (Saheeh Muslim, hadeeth #2889)
As Allah (swt) has said; this religion (i.e. Islam) is the only religion of truth; and the reason why he has sent us this deen is “in order for it to be dominant over all other religions.” Thus, Allah (swt) never sent us this deen as a mere spiritual belief. This deen has been sent to us by Almighty Allah (swt) in order for it to be implemented and for the whole of mankind to abide by it.
The only one who would hate for Islam to dominate the world is the Kaafir Mushrik (non-Muslim), as Allah (swt) said, “…even though the Mushrikoon (disbelievers) hate it.” Consequently, any “Muslim” who dislikes for the Sharee’ah to be implemented (out of being afraid to be labelled “extremist” for example) has committed a negation of Eemaan, and thus left the fold of Islam for hating what Allah (swt) has revealed.
Why would the disbelievers and hypocrites hate for Islam to be implemented? Simply because they do not wish for their corruption, evil, crime, cheating, oppression, dishonesty, fraud, lies, tyranny, freedom, and deception to come to an end, and for justice (Islam) to prevail.
However, this worldwide domination of Islam which has been promised by Allah (swt) does not necessarily mean that every single person on earth will become Muslim. When we say that Islam will dominate the world, we mean as a political system, as the messenger Muhammad (saw) prophesised that the authority on earth will belong to the Muslims, i.e. the believers will be in power and the Sharee’ah of Islam will be implemented in every corner of the earth.
So how will Islam dominate the world when the majority of people will never accept it?
Indeed, the majority of people on earth will always detest Islam and choose not to live by the Sharee’ah. Allah (swt) says:
“And most of mankind will not believe even if you desire it eagerly.” (EMQ Yoosuf, 12: 103)
Therefore there are three main ways in which a state or country can become Daar ul-Islam (the domain of Islam):
1. The majority of its citizens embrace Islam and implement the Sharee’ah on their own accord
2. A group of Muslims rise, overthrow the government and implement the Sharee’ah by force (coup)
3. The Islamic state carries out Jihaad as its foreign policy and removes the government
If the Muslims are unable to convince their people (e.g. through peaceful da’wah) to embrace Islam and implement the Sharee’ah, it then becomes an obligation upon them to make hijrah and unite (build their own community and execute the Sharee’ah over themselves) and then rise against the government by force at a later date, regardless of whether they are the majority or the minority. Allah (swt) says:
“Rule by what Allah has revealed (the Qur’aan and Sunnah) and do not follow their vain desires, but be aware of them lest they turn you far away from some of that which Allah has sent down to you…” (EMQ al-Maa-idah, 5: 49)
This verse clearly underlines the obligation of implementing the Sharee’ah; but as well as this, Allah (swt) says: “and do not follow their vain desires,” meaning, rule by the Sharee’ah even if they (the people) desire something else. The verse is so clear-cut and proves that the Sharee’ah must be implemented by force even if the people do not want it. Furthermore, Allah (swt) also says:
“And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (kufr and shirk) and worship (obedience, submission etc.) is for none but Allah…” (EMQ al-Baqarah, 2: 193)
One of the greatest forms of kufr and shirk today is the implementation of man-made law; therefore, since man-made law is a form of shirk, one of the only ways of eradicating it from the face of this earth is by Jihaad (fighting). In fact, it is an obligation upon us to fight against the fitnah (kufr and shirk, such as man-made law) until it ceases to exist. Islam has always been spread by the sword, and it will continue to do so.
Unfortunately, nowadays one of the greatest misunderstandings of the divine texts is in reference to the verse, “Laa ikraaha fid-Deen – There is no compulsion in religion…” (EMQ 2: 256). This verse has been falsely interpreted to mean that we cannot force Islam upon the people. However, if we refer to the understanding of the Sahaabah we can clearly see that this is not the case at all.
“There is no compulsion in religion” means that people should not be forced to embrace Islam i.e. become Muslim. But this does not mean that we cannot force Islam as a law and order upon the people. The Messenger Muhammad (saw) said:
“I have been ordered to fight mankind until they say, “Laa ilaaha illallah wa anna Muhammadar Rasool-Ullah – There is none worthy of worship except Allah and Muhammad (saw) is the messenger of Allah.” If they say that, their blood and wealth will be saved from me, except from the right of Islam (the Sharee’ah); and their accountability will be with Allah.” (Musnad al-Imaam Ahmad)
Therefore, the Messenger Muhammad (saw) and the believers were ordered to fight the people until they embrace Islam or live by Islam (and remain a Kaafir). If they become Muslim their blood and wealth will have sanctity, but they will still not be saved “from the right of Islam,” meaning that they must still abide by the Sharee’ah (as a law and order). But if they remain non-Muslim, they must at least live by the laws of Islam; either way, the people have a choice of which religion they want to follow, but they have no choice of whether to live by the Sharee’ah or not – this is the meaning of “except from the right of Islam.”
It has also been authentically proven that our messenger Muhammad (saw) used to order his companions to invite the disbelievers to Islam. If they refused to embrace it or accept it as a system of governance, then fight against them until Allah’s deen is dominant and implemented:
The messenger Muhammad (saw) said: “Fight in the name of Allah and in the way of Allah. Fight against those who disbelieve in Allah. Make a holy war, do not embezzle the spoils; do not break your pledge; and do not mutilate (the dead) bodies; do not kill the children.When you meet your enemies who are polytheists, invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and withhold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them. Then invite them to migrate from their lands to the land of Muhaajiroun (migrants) and inform them that, if they do so, they shall have all the privileges and obligations of the Muhaajiroun. If they refuse to migrate, tell them that they will have the status of Bedouin Muslims and will be subjected to the Commands of Allah like other Muslims, but they will not get any share from the spoils of war or Fay’ except when they actually fight with the Muslims (against the disbelievers).If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizyah (tax). If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them…” (Saheeh Muslim #1731)
“If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizyah (tax). If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them.” The Jizyah is a small charge or tax which every non-Muslim must pay to the Khaleefah (leader of the Muslims). In return, the non-Muslim will be under a covenant, thus making it prohibited for any Muslim to violate his sanctity. This order from the Messenger Muhammad (saw) is very clear; if they refuse to embrace Islam, demand from them the Jizyah i.e. implement the Sharee’ah over them. If they refuse both of these options, to embrace Islam or live by it as a system of governance, “seek Allah’s help and fight them.”
Conclusion
So how will Islam dominate the world? Most likely by force! If the people do not embrace Islam and implement the Sharee’ah on their own accord, it becomes an obligation upon the Muslims to fight and implement Islam. In countries such as Britain and America, their people have clearly rejected to embrace Islam and will never choose to live by the Sharee’ah. Therefore, the only two ways in which these countries can become under the domain of Islam is by the last two options, a group of Muslims rise and overthrow the government, or an Islamic state is established elsewhere and comes to conquer these nations.
The messenger Muhammad (saw) said:
“This matter (Islam) will keep spreading as far as the night and day reach, until Allah will not leave a house made of mud or hair, but will make this religion enter it, while bringing might to a mighty person (a Muslim) and humiliation to a disgraced person (who rejects Islam); might with which Allah elevates Islam (and its people), and disgrace with which Allah humiliates disbelief (and its people).” (Musnad al-Imaam Ahmad)
“A small portion of Muslims will rise and conquer the White House.” (Musnad al-Imaam Ahmad)

There are many freedom loving people who still choose to live a moral life. We just don’t believe in imposing it on others by force. I don’t believe that people can truly come to know God by being forced through threat of violence. Religion is just a political system in that context. You should be more balanced in your writing. When Allah says that the majority will not accept Islam He does not mean that they must be coerced into accepting Islam. While there is cause for Jihad when appropriately called for, such as in the face of injustice, there is also Da’wah – the call to Islam by doing good deeds and conversing with non-Muslims in the best way. And Islam also enjoins us to live peacefully with non-Muslims so taht they can see for themselves the beauty of Islam.
That makes much more sense than what some of these comments say. Why would anyone want to become a Muslim if those writing these comments represent it. You can’t come to know and love God by being forced through violence. You may follow it- but you will always resent it in your’ heart. The rate of fertility is spreading Islam peacefully so why would anyone choose to do it violently. I can think of no other reason but pure bloodlust.
I love Islam deeply! I am indeed embrace Islam 18 years ago and every time i read books and The Holy Qur’an, i put emphasize on what will happen to me after lief?! I would beg to differ with your first sentence. The unwilling usually are the ones who are not concerned with engaging in war. When Islam comes to the land of these unenthusiastic people they will be given the oppotunity to accept Islam. They will not be coerced or compelled in any way to submit to this command. If they refuse (and the unwilling who are not concerned with their lifes affairs will usually refuse), then they have the option of the Jizyah which is and Islamic Tax procured from the non muslims, in return their life and wealth will be protected under Islamic Shariah from anyone. Be it muslim of non muslium. If the unwilling refuse to pay the Jizyah and accept the Islamic Law as a ruling system (which does not make sense since the unwilling will not be pushed to war so easily over $60 (approx) which is the jizyah) then ofcourse one of the beliefs must prevail for both parties will claim to the truth. And naturally even according to your own philosiphers “If you want peace prepare for war”.
Furtehrmore in todays reality it is not the muslims which beckon war upon the unwilling. It is the west and their allies. Where they find people who have weakned in faith they send missionaries and military to cement the foundations of democracy. Look to Iraq for example. In order to acknowledge or believe in the existence of a matter, one does not necessarily need to perceive it with their (five) senses.
For example, we know the Bermuda Triangle exists, yet how many of us have actually seen it with our own eyes?
Similarly, we know that meteorites exist (in space), but have we ever seen them ourselves? No, is the most likely answer to both these questions, but we know they exist because we have decisive report (information).
Therefore, one does not need to see God in order to believe in Him. Decisive report or information is sufficient.
3. We must not reject the existence of a matter if we are unable to perceive it with our senses
This is a very important point to bear in mind: One should not deny the existence of a matter just because they are unable to perceive it with their senses.
Example: If a person is locked in a cell (with a window) their view would be greatly restricted. Nevertheless, the prisoner cannot deny the existence of those matters or objects which he/she is unable to see from their cell.
Example: We know bacteria exist even though we cannot see them with our naked eyes.
4. The Human imagination (or mind) cannot perceive anything beyond reality
It is not possible for us as human beings to imagine Paradise or Hell, or even life after death, because they are beyond our reality (or realm).
The only way we have come to learn about such notions is through revelation and divine sources. If God never told us about them it would be impossible for us to invent the concept of Paradise (Heaven) and Hell.
Example: If you try to imagine a car, a certain image would come to your mind, based on your previous experiences with cars. However, if you had never seen or heard of one before, it would be impossible for you to imagine one.
Hence, the concept of Heaven, Hell and the Afterlife must have come from a non-human being – God.
5. Human comprehension is restricted by time and place
As human beings, we can only comprehend the existence of a matter if it is restricted by time and place.
Example: Britain enters into a war with Russia. It is not in the UK, nor is it in Russia. It is not on land, nor on water, and neither is it in the sky. Moreover, the war did not happen last year, or any other year. This is impossible for one to comprehend because the event (or war) is not restricted by time of place.
Example: If a person you had just recently met told you they came from a country that was not in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia or any other continent, it would be impossible for you to understand or comprehend where the person was from.
Therefore, it is the human imagination or faculty of mind that is limited and restricted. The fact that we are unable to see or hear God does not mean He cannot be seen or heard.
Furthermore, because our intellectual capacity is limited, it is not possible for us to understand (or rationalise) the Attributes of God. The only reliable information we have about God is what He Himself has informed us of (in divine scriptures).
6. Believing in God is part of human nature
Before man was born, God created the whole of mankind and made us testify and acknowledge that He is indeed our Creator. This is why believing in God is part of our natural disposition (fitrah). Allah (SWT) says in the Qur’aan:
“And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (Adam’s offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): “Am I not your Lord?” They said: “Yes! We testify,” lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: ‘Verily, we have been unaware of this.’” (EMQ al-A’raaf, 7:172)
7. Seeing the existence of other life is a direct proof of the existence of God
The fact that we can see other living organisms and beings around us is proof of the existence of God. The rational human being would conclude that they were created and could not have created themselves.
8. Man by his nature is limited, weak and needy
Every creation is limited, weak and needy. We too have these traits, and therefore we are creations of a Creator (God).
Furthermore just to put the nail in the coffin. Not too long ago in the Rub ul Khali desert during a sandstorm an ancient town had been discoverd. All the archeologists headed towardsthe scene to estimate what era it was from. No one came out and said that these ruins came about as a direct result of the movement of air, rain heat and cold. For anyone to say such a statement he would have been classified as being mentally ill, and everyone would probably have taken pity on him. So how can one say that this world came about with its vast forces and intricate organisms and beings say that This world came about from nothing. It is completly irrational and illogical. Another example to satisfy your thirst for knowledge; if you see a a rock in the middle of a courtyard, you would not enquire as to how it got there because naturally the rocks would be on the ground. However if you saw that this rock was at the top of a building, you would not be able to help but ask who put the rock there, for it is not of the attributes of a rock to move by itself. So by greater analogy who put this earth here.

Whilst I have no problem with the wish for this to be, I did notice one Hadeeth reference which seems to be incorrect. In the article it says:

However, the only reference I could find to it in Ahadeeth was this:

By Islamic estimates, there are up to 2 billion Muslims in the world right now. The poster who authored this is not alone. In fact he’s got up to 20% or more of up to 2 billion people who agree with him.

The truth is of course anathema to Islam, which does not want us to realise how much taqquiyya we non-Muslims have been fed over the last 1400 years while Islam slowly spreads its tentacles around our freedom. Take for example the well-worn, hackneyed phrase espoused by taqquiyya-spouting Muslims – “Islam is a religion of peace.”
Islam is NOT a religion of peace; it never has been and never will be. Once the political correctness and multicultural madness of our age has been discarded, and once Islam is subject to the same critical analysis, reasoned argument, free speech, logic and intelligent deconstruction that every other topic on this planet is subjected to, then it will be seen for what it is – a totalitarian political death cult ideology, hell-bent on the establishment of a world-wide caliphate and world domination through violence and aggression, and NOT a religion at all in the true sense of the word.

I honestly cannot believe what i have just read in all all these posts. We, the people of this earth, come to this earth with the right to live, say and do as we please, as is our right of life. There are certain rules and laws that prevent us from commiting certain acts that would harm society and other beings, these systems and laws are not perfect, but it is the best we can do for now.
What i do not understand is how we can argue and fight over something like faith, faith is suppossed to help people, those who need it ofcourse, not cause conflict. Think about it this way, every religion claims to be the better because of some text, usually a book left behind by a being who claimed to be a herald of ‘god’.
The problem is that no religion has ever shown a shred of evidence to support themselves, which is not a bad thing, if it were factual, it would not be called faith. Now no one will deny a persons right to chose their faith, well atleast over where i live and that is the way it is suppossed to be. What bothers me is how can we, people of this earth, be ready to kill each other over something like faith, its not proven, its not backed by anything, i know many will disagree but before you shower me with angree comments, please prove me wrong, then go ahead and send me the comments, and please, be rational people, dont just say ‘god told me’ not proof, or that some other herald of god told me, also not fact or evidence.

If you would take the time to study the western society through rational and unbiased eyes, you will see that in the last few centuries we have advanced a great deal in every area. Thanks to these advances the western society lives quite well, lives longer, provides education, technological development, security and even the travel to outer space and other planets, however those extremists in islam, what are you doing? still sitting there, throwing angry comments at the west and ‘infidels’, claiming to be able to take over the world and so forth. Well i am not going to be too cruel here, but look at your society, look what it has become, if your beliefs comfort you while your children starve, your women get treated like animals, living with no rights what so ever and your society falling even further behind, then please keep believing in them, no is stopping you, all i can say is, we live only once, and considering that the ‘afterlife’ is not exactly certain, putting it delicately’ your life in the end was a waste.
